Hi!👋🏻I'm Shane Sewell, a full-stack engineer with a passion for software that enables users to do their job easily while staying out of the way. You'll usually find me working with ASP.NET, C#, HTML, CSS, Razor, AngularJS, and SQL Server, and I've been recently focusing on other technologies such as React and Next.js just to name a few.
But code is just one part of the equation. From the first user interaction to the back-end infrastructure that hosts your solution, my diverse skill set can help you design, implement, deploy, and scale all pieces to the modern software-stack puzzle.
In all of the projects listed below, in addition to design and coding, I've been the primary individual responsible for SCM selection, branching strategies, DevOps, InfoSec, choice of frameworks and libraries, hardware selection, networking, backup strategy, and providing guidance on best practices to employees.

Elegoo 3D Printer Monitor
Provides remote status of Elegoo 3D Printers with Wi-Fi Support
In 2023, Elegoo launched a new series of MLSA printers featuring native Wi-Fi support. Realizing the potential for remote monitoring, I conducted thorough research only to find that no existing solutions met this specific need. Motivated to fill this gap, I took the initiative to develop a tool myself, allowing for the remote monitoring of the printer status.
The project, showcasing my proactive approach to problem-solving and technical proficiency, is openly available on GitHub for others to explore and potentially expand upon.
